Not working. After installing this addon on TB 11, all the icons and buttons have disapeared.

That seems to be correct. It looks like this add-on is not compatible with TB 11.0. It's max compatibility range will be rest to 5.0, which I was able to verify. However, such old versions do not work anymore due to newly introduced encryption protocols and changed certificate validations and should not be used at all anymore.
