BIG SECURITY ISSUE
The app module works correctly globally, with some difficulties to follow the google API updates.
The very very bad thing is this APP module requires a full access to thunderbird, that includes the emails, and to the computer, meaning to all our private files !!!!!!
Discovering this big security issue latelly, I decided to remove this App module.

"After the last update, when displaying the reminders window, the buttons in this window do not work, pressing the “Discard” button does nothing, if it is set to mute for x minutes, the time is not displayed either, it does not work, so every time Thunderbird is started it shows all reminders again.
Please, can you correct it?"

Same as ManfredS and accoustomatics:
The synchronization of the calendars no longer worked. Register again every start. “Provider for Google Calendar” add-on seems to be superfluous - correction?

The new version 128.5.2 seems to work fine, but you might need to restart Thunderbird.

Unfortunately, after yesterday's update, the synchronization of the calendars no longer worked. After I had subscribed to my calendars directly with Thunderbird, they worked again. This means that the “Provider for Google Calendar” add-on is now superfluous. What a pity, really.

Gestern habe ich das Update für den Provider for Google Cal bekommen und seitdem kann ich weder neue Kalendereinträge erstellen, noch die eingebundenen Kalender synchronisieren.
Verion 128.5.2
Ich habe auch schon die Kalender entfernt und neu angelegt, inklusive Anmeldung an Google. Das hat aber nichts gebracht.
Kann jemand helfen?

Since today (V128.5.2, updated today) I cannot select the google calendar when entering a new event, just the home cal. In addition I cannot dismiss reminders which were originating from the Google calendar. A speedy fix would be very much appreciated. It worked well before the update.

Version 128.5.2 unter 128.8.0esr (64-Bit) Linux Mint
Funktioniert einwandfrei.
Es war nach dem Update nur Neuanmeldung bei Google notwendig.

I updated to version 128.5.2, but synchronization with Google Calendar stopped working. To resolve the issue, I had to revert to version 128.0.0.

Es werden Einblendungen im Kalender vorgenommen, z.B. Kalenderwoche, die ich nicht ausblenden kann. Hier wird nur rumgepfuscht, ohne zu fragen.

Seit 2 Tagen kann ich keinen neuen Termin anlegen, auch die Synchronisation mit Google Kalender funktioniert nicht mehr. Neuinstallation hilft auch nicht.

Leider kann ich meinen Google Kalendar seit dem letzten Update am 19.03. nicht mehr über Thunderbird erreichen. Auf Mausklicks bei Terminalarm wird nicht reagiert. Andauernd melden sich jetzt alte Termine und ich kann sie nicht schließen. Das nervt;-( Vorher lief es einwandfrei und ich war auch im großen und ganzen zufrieden.

I use Thunderbird out of principle, and Google Calendar, as I haven't found anything equivalent to achieve shared calendars with other other users. Therefore I have to sync both tools ... in both directions.

... and this add-on helps me achieving exactly this since many years. It provides great benefits to me. Thanks for this add-on!

I had the synch problem with the latest update, but the fix is to remove your Google calendar and then add it again. Works fine now.

3/19のバージョンアップから、残念ながら同期できなくなっています。
私は、128.0のバージョン（この作者サイトからダウンロードできます。）に戻して、使っています。
ここ何年も愛用してきたので、頑張って修正をしていただく事を希望します。

Unfortunately, since the version update on March 19th, synchronization has become impossible.
I have reverted to version 128.0 (which can be downloaded from the author's website) and am using it now.
I have been using it for many years, so I hope that you will work hard to fix this.
