go to Tools > Gmail Manager > Options > Accounts > Modify

From there you can specify whether or not you want it to appear in your toolbar or status bar.Try to be more civil in your discussions and criticisms. People work hard for free to bring Gmail manager to you. They don't owe us anything. If you are that displeased with it, you can modify the source code. It is open source after all.
