I used Xnote for years, and have switched to Qnote for the last year or so. I love this add-on, and use it constantly. Recently, I had a corrupted Thunderbird profile. Straightening things out has been an ongoing task since getting things running again. Qnote has been indispensable, helping me to keep track of what emails have been saved, which ones restored, etc., as I reorganize years of email life.

The only thing I find that bugs me is that, when trying to add notes to more than one email in a thread, Qnote will often just give me a single-line pop up without any panel in which to type text. I have to reposition the cursor numerous times before I can add a note. I haven't been able to figure out, yet, exactly what I'm doing wrong.

Still, being able to leave notes on messages has been a great help in straightening out a mess!
