Just updated to TB 15.0.1 and Lighting 1.7. This extension (v0.13) has stopped working! GREAT!?!?!?

This has been corrected by using the File-New-Calendar menu options instead of right-clicking in Calendar to create new. -- When I create a new calendar there is no Google Calendar option on the setup box. Only iCal, CalDAV and Sun. Running TB 7.0.1 and Lightning 1.0.b7 and Provider 0.8
