Great addon, but with the new v45 thunderbird, it does not work anymore.

[EDIT] TBv45 - works fine. It was my false [PDF extension on exclude list]. Sorry TrVTrV!

Great add-on, but freeze TB 45 - I have to switch-off, and I am waiting for new version!
