My Reviews
Attachment Extractor
Rated 2 out of 5 stars
I have been using this extractor for many years- it was great.
However, when I tried using it today (TB v102.11.1), it saves the attachments, but does not delete them from the email. Is there another setting to restore that beneficial action?

As the others said, it is nice to have an attachment extractor that works with TB 90 etc. I too would like it to remember my last selection for the filename. I also found that it seems to hang up when the TB folder has a plus (+) sign in the folder name.

It is really nice to have this ability to change the Subject line on emails. Thank you for restoring it.

This was a great add-on that I have used for several year. With the update to TB60, I have had to rollback to an older version to allow me to continue to use this add-on. As someone else said, it is a security risk, but this extractor is the only way I could keep my Thunderbird files from bloating to such large sizes that it degraded performance. It also allows me to find my attachments easily by having them in windows folders where various searches work well.
