DownThemAll! is an excellent add-on. Truely does speed up my downloads and I use it all the time to download. The only download accelerator built right into Firefox!

Very useful way to browse the web. A feature very similar to the new Accelerators feature of Internet Explorer 8. I didn't find it to slow down browsing much either.
My only problem is that the Kallout button fails to appear occasionally when I highlight text.
Other than that, great job! Can't wait for full IE8 Accelerator Support.
