TB 60.5.0 with version 1.2.1 . . . Sort accounts tab - there's nothing there . . . the other tabs look ok

Doesn't always work in Win 8
I'm using Thunderbird 17.0.8
If Thunderbird starts closed in the tray
Then I double click on it
It didn't open, it goes to the task bar
If you click it there, it doesn't open
I think if you right-click it to close, it goes back to the tray
Something like this
You have to close it, and re-open the program, then it works.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
