ENIGMA Axiom — Mail Assistant 1.3.1

Drafts your replies in the Thunderbird compose window, using the conversation, your notes and your own goals. Sorts what arrived by what needs answering. Nothing is sent unless you send it — or until you switch on automatic replies yourself.
About this Add-on
ENIGMA Axiom writes the reply for you and then gets out of the way. It opens the ordinary
Thunderbird compose window with a draft already in it, written from the message you are
answering, the earlier letters in that correspondence, the notes you keep, and — if you
choose — the goals you are working towards. You edit it like any other draft and you press
Send.
Triage. A view of what has arrived, ordered by what actually needs an answer, with a
one-line summary of each.
Automatic replies, if you want them. Off by default. When you turn them on you choose which
addresses they apply to, and every reply passes a set of guards first: never to a mailing
list or a no-reply address, never twice to the same message, never more than a set number to
one correspondent in half an hour, never to mail older than the age you set, and — unless you
say otherwise — only to people you have written to yourself. Every automatic reply is listed
in the add-on with the time it was sent and the text that went out, and any of them can be
stopped while it is still queued.
Your own copy of what was sent. Some mail providers do not keep a copy of a message the
add-on sends. The add-on keeps one itself, on your computer, with a checksum you can compare
against your Sent folder. You can delete any of it at any time.
Signatures per language, a model you pick, and a running count of what you have used.
ENIGMA Axiom needs an account at enigma.ist. There is a free allowance; paid plans raise it.
You can use your own AI provider key instead of ours.
