The added function of "Mark All Read When Leaving Group" (nntp) would be greatly appreciated. Prior to 115 this was possible.

Is it possible to make this addon to work with a virtual folder? In my RSS feed, the addon marks messages as read in local folders, but refuses to do that if the folder is virtual.

I wrote a review a while back giving this a 1 star review.
Now that I'm on version 91 of Thunderbird I have to say it works. One click and all the messages are marked. I use it for newsgroups only.
I thought it fair to the author to fix my rating.

If you want a 'Mark All Read' button that works for Thunderbird 78+ install https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-GB/thunderbird/addon/next-unread-group/ and change the value for mailnews.nav_crosses_folders in about:config from 1 to 2.

It works, also in 78.7.1, but you have to wait so long time, till you see the result. It works really boring slowly.

Right now the extension does the same as "Shift+C". Could be useful if it includes the "Mark all read including subfolders" option.

Still not working for me, on large or small folders.
Thank you to TurtleTec for updating. Maybe it's just me, but I just cannot get it to work. Click on the Tick while a folder with unread messages is selected in the folder pane, and nothing happens. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. My TB version is 78.1.1 en-gb 64 bit.
Thank you for your kind offer of assistance. I have emailed you some details earlier this week,
Sorry it still is not working for you. If you would like to email me at software at turtletec dot ie I can try help you debug the issue and hopefully get it resolved.

Works fine in 78.0.1 here, but only for individual accounts. Unfortunately, in "unified view", it doesn't work at all.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.0).Hi D,
Sorry but I am not sure what you mean by unified view. The only unified view i can see in TB is for unified folders and the addon still works for this view. You may have been having an issue with a bug that has now been resolved related to having over 100 unread messages in a folder.
Thank you.
