Menu Wizard
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
A must-have extension for people - like me - who have 90+ extensions installed.
I've been using the "Menu Editor" extension for years to remove unwanted items from the Main context menu and the Tab context menu so that just the more commonly used ones appear - otherwise the menu doesn't fit on the screen!
This extension makes that job simple.
Right Encoding

Thank you, JoungKyun, for your speedy response! I am now using version 0.3.0 for FF 28 and it appears to be working perfectly.
Thanks again for such a quick update.

Thank you, JoungKyun, for your quick response. By confirming the problem, you save me time and effort in trying to find what is wrong.
I look forward to your next release.
Right Encoding
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
For some time now, when I right click on a web page and hover over "Character Encoding", I see:
Auto-Detect
More Encodings
Customize List...
I see nothing else listed.
When I hover over "Auto-Detect", nothing appears.
When I hover over "More Encodings", I get 5 items appear:
West European
East European
East Asian
SE & SW Asian
Middle Eastern
- but when I hover over each of them, nothing appears.
This add-on used to work until a few weeks ago. Maybe another add-on is conflicting with it?
Edit:
After your response to my review, I have updated the "rating" back to "5 stars".
I look forward to the next release.
Saved Password Editor
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I have 600+ passwords saved in my Password Safe (http://pwsafe.org/) and yet Firefox doesn't present me with username/password options on some sites.
This add-on fixed that problem by allowing me to add the necessary details to Firefox's password manager.
And if you want to watch the best ever tutorial on how to use an add-on, just click on "a video demonstrating this workaround" in the "About this Add-on" section above.
Notepad (QuickFox)

I tried to register at "http://quickfoxnotes.sourceforge.net/forum" to report this bug, but got this error:
General Error
Could not open socket

Meanwhile, the bug:
I use the All-In-One sidebar to view my add-ons. I click on the Options button as displayed in the sidebar for the Quickfox Notes add-on version 2.8.1.
When Quickfox Notes is the only tab open, and I click on the Options button, Firefox exits. It doesn't crash, there's no "Tell Mozilla about it" window. It just disappears.
When Quickfox Notes is not the only tab open, after I click on the Options button, the Quickfox Notes tab disappears and a smaller Quickfox Notes window opens with the "Tools" drop-down menu already visible. This is what is supposed to happen.
My Firefox is set up to not close when the last tab is closed. When I click the Option button, it looks as though the Quickfox Notes tab is closed and this causes Firefox to exit. It shouldn't.
This bug happens on both my desktop and my laptop - exactly the same problem in the same circumstances.

OK, the add-on works fine, but can you please make up your mind what you are calling it?
i.e. "QuickFox Notes" as in the Tools/Addons list, or
"Notepad (QuickFox) as in this web page?
And whatever you decide, can you please name the XPI file the same? You recently changed it from "quickfox_notes-2.8.0" to "notepad_quickfox-2.8.1".
Compact Menu 2

Dear Milly,I like this add-on very much, but it stops "Add Bookmark Here 2" from working. Can you get together with the author of CM2 and sort this out please? Thanks.

Why does my 3.5.2 Firefox say that this is not compatible?

What a pity. I would love to be able to translate Thai web sites.
I even created a new Firefox profile with no other extensions and it doesn't work with Thai Rath or The Manager news web sites.
Developer, please check you extension with the latest FF versions.
