Nope AMG,
Have never ever installed 'ReloadEvery.' What you can see though in my screenshot ( http://i55.tinypic.com/261gguw.jpg ) is that I've detached the 'Reload / Refresh Button' from the 'Location / Address Bar' to change the default appearance of Firefox 4.0 so to display the 'Menu Bar.'

@ AMG
I've already pointed out that bug to David ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/noia-fox/reviews/user:2675038 )
He replied that he could not see that issue on his system - looks like he needs to work on that, though. ( http://i55.tinypic.com/261gguw.jpg )

I have tested Noia Fox on a Firefox 4 with no add-on and the refresh-stop button displays correctly.

Hi AMG :--|)
2. If you're referring to the 'buttons' illustrated at ( http://i52.tinypic.com/2nbfw9l.jpg ) I'm not exactly sure how those 'buttons' on my theme changed. I do however believe that they get skinned by the Windows 7 theme that I use ( http://mediamyself.deviantart.com/art/Aero-Borders-Windows-7-Basic-149813275?offset=100#comments )
Please be cautioned that this Windows 7 theme is a *BASIC* one which is not meant for *AERO* Users.

@ DamonDiamond
The 'Close' button never figured in the 'Add-on / Status Bar' of the original Noia eXtreme that David is trying to emulate through his Noia Fox. BTW, I'm using a different theme which does have the 'Close' button on the 'Add-on / Status Bar' - it's a nuisance and I'm hunting for a way to have it removed as it gets closed quite easily with an inadvertent click of the mouse. Scroll down for the screenshot of the 'Close' button.
@ AMG
The latest version of the Noia Fox is 1.1.0 - which one are you using?
@ Bunta126
The 'Tabs' of the original Noia eXtreme were *FULLY OVAL* and never *OVAL AT JUST THE TOP* (like the latest Firefox.) Remember David is trying to bring us an alternative to the erstwhile Noia eXtreme and not to Firefox 4 ;--|)
BTW, with David's first release the 'Tabs' were the way you desire - but, we protested against it beacuse the 'Tabs' looked absolutely out of place (check out my first comment on this thread and scroll down for the screenshot of how undesirable a *SEMI* oval 'Tab' looks.)
@ David
Thanks for the prompt replies
01.) The missing 'Reload / Refresh' icon seems to be a bug on MY side caused probably by the fact that I'm testing 4-5 themes at the moment (including yours and Noia 4 by aris-t2.)
02.) Glad that the green font on Noia Fox would be corrected in the following version, to display as BOLD on *SSL* sites that use 'extended validation certificates.'
03.) Unfortunately, you're right about the STRAIGHT internal border on the left-handed-side of the 'Location / Address Bar' where one types the URL / address. None of the other Developers at AMO have been able to yet skin Firefox 4 as per the Noia eXtreme theme (illustrated in the following screenshot):-
http://i52.tinypic.com/2zzkupx.jpg
Please do NOT incorporate the *CLOSE* button on the 'Add-on / Status Bar' - it's a big nuisance
http://i53.tinypic.com/2wnr4gk.jpg
Please keep the 'Tabs' *FULLY ROUNDED* - do NOT incorporate *SEMI* oval 'Tabs' (they look totally lost and clash with the retro Noia look, check out the following screenshot if you don't believe me.)

@ David,
Here is a new bug:-
01.) The 'Reload / Refresh' icon (after being detached from the 'Location / Address Bar) is wrongly reproduced as the 'Go back one page' icon. Check the following screenshot:-
http://i55.tinypic.com/261gguw.jpg
02.) Congratulations on resolving one of the previous bugs . . . . . . . PARTIALLY. The font on the 'Location / Address Bar' of your theme is now displayed correctly as GREEN on *SSL* sites that use 'extended validation certificates.' However, it still fails to be displayed in BOLD on such sites.
03.) The internal border on the left-handed-side of the 'Location / Address Bar' where one types the URL / address is STRAIGHT in your Noia Fox. On the original Noia eXtreme, it's ROUNDED. Check the following screenshot:-
http://i52.tinypic.com/2zzkupx.jpg

@ David,
Here are a couple of bugs in the 'Location / Address Bar' of your Noia Fox theme on which you could maybe start working on:-
01.) The font on your 'Location / Address Bar' is lacking in 2 aspects on *HTTPS* sites - it's diplayed incorrectly as BLACK and REGULAR. The font on the original Noia eXtreme is displayed correctly as GREEN and BOLD on *SSL* sites that use 'extended validation certificates.' Check the following screenshot:-
http://i55.tinypic.com/f0x8v6.jpg
02.) The internal border on the left-handed-side of the 'Location / Address Bar' where one types the URL / address is STRAIGHT in your Noia Fox. On the original Noia eXtreme, it's ROUNDED. Check the following screenshot:-
http://i52.tinypic.com/2zzkupx.jpg

Hi David,
This is a great initiative from you - thanks for resurrecting Kasteo's theme
Preliminary Observations:-
01.) Wish you'd opted to simultaneously improvise on the more popular black variant along with this blue one illustrated, here - the better option would be to re-develop both side-by-side and the ultimate offering would be to deliver both variants within a single add-on (on the lines of the original Developer.) Needless to say, the level of customizations in conjunction with the (optional) transparency effect featured on the black variant makes it the most gorgeous theme floating around.
02.) The shape of the tabs needs to be oblong (completely rounded at ALL the ends - not merely curved on the upper reaches.) The present rectangular one detracts from the overall Noia scheme of the theme.
03.) The tabs fail to animate when the cursor is hovered over them.
All said, though - the effect is stupendous and praiseworthy for the sheer degree of refinement considering this is just your very first release. Look forward to a lot of timely updates from your side.
cheers,
