Expression Search

Great !! After TB3.0.1 it works perfect - also with 50K Mails!
increasing my 3 to 5 Stars (see below)
Indeed, after update to TB 3.0.1, "Expression Search" works like a charm,
also within my saved search folder containing over 50.000 Mails.
I like the abbreviations for search, only 5 seconds within over 50.000 mails for expressions like:
f:mike t:klaus a:y

What a pitty! After migration to TB3, I've a 'saved search' in on of the new Tabs. If I choose 'expressions' in the search box and type "f:steve", TB eats 100% of the cpu, an nothing happen. I've to kill TB :-(((
If I do the same in a Tab with a normal folder e.g. INBOX, it works well.
I think thats the cause: I own about 50000 mails spreaded over about 40 folders. In INBOX 9000 mails a ok, but the 50000 in 'saved search' aren't possible with TB3.
With TB2 the same search with gmailui lasts only a few seconds. 50000 mail never was a problem with TB2.
Should I now revert to TB2???

Perhaps you could test with 'saved searched' folden.

Thanks a lot,
now it's time to change to TB3.
Missing this type of search was the only reason I didn't migrate to TB3 yet.

Hello Ken, thanks for GmailUI, I used it thousand times along the day. But now with TB 3.x I'm so glad wang did a new add-on with same functionality. No I'll do the change from TB 2 to TB3! I'm so happy!
Thanks a lot to you both!

also my absolutely #1 Add-On!
Are there chances to get it for TB V.3 ? I don't want to migrate without this plugin. It so fast and easy to arange the mails:
Shift-F10 - m (move) - g (first letter of the n last folders)
I love it!

great, but one problem: if you've lots of tasks, you cannot search them like in calendars view ".. contain.."
