Move Mail Shortcuts
Rated 3 out of 5 stars
Fantastic software. I use it on all my old installations of Thunderbird. Unfortunately, does NOT work on Windows 128.1.1esr 64-bit, on a brand new installation on a brand new Windows 11 Pro computer.

Very simple, perfect add-on. I used to use "Archive This" for which this is a near-perfect replacement which works on versions of Thunderbird above 68. Thank you so much for this awesome plugin.
As the previous review from David Aveiro suggested, the problem where using a the move shortcut now DOES select the next message in the inbox. At least for me on Thunderbird 91-something.
Additionally, the review from Crispin said that multiple messages need to be supported - and that also seems to be supported now. Nice work, Robert Siebeck!

For anyone who uses this but has stayed on Thunderbird 68 like I have, there is now an feature-nearly-identical replacement for Thunderbird 90-whatever, called "Move Mail Shortcuts." That said, this was the most life-essential plugin for Thunderbird up to now.

This is literally the only required Thunderbolt add-on. Others are helpful and nice to have, but this is essential to my workflow of keeping all my mail sorted into about 3-4 main and 3-4 "extra" folders quickly and easily. It works wonderfully on Thunderbird 60, but not at all on anything newer. So, I have no idea how to downgrade the computer or two which I upgraded, but my others are now safely stuck on 60 until the author releases a new version. Unfortunately, he has said that is a big job, so it may never happen. Sigh. Thanks for this for 60 though!
