About this Add-on
Version 3.0.0 is compatible with TB 115.10.0 "Supernova".
The add-on adds a custom column "SFreq" for the Sender Frequency to the thread pane.
In Sent folders a "RFreq" column is added for the Recipient Frequency.
The numbers displayed in the column are the number of messages by that same sender (or to the same recipient for the Sent folder). So if you have three messages from "john@example.com" in your inbox, the number will "3". Or if your wrote to "mark@example.com" four times and these four messages are in your Sent folder, the number will be "4".
This helps identifying who sends you a lot of e-mail, including unwanted e-mail.
This is a "no frills" add-on. No configuration, only one option.
In the configuration editor you can edit: extensions.Sfreq.compareEmailOnly
true (default): Comparison by e-mail only:
Donald Duck <donald@duck.com> and Don Duck <donald@duck.com> count as the same address.
false: Comparison by full sender address:
Donald Duck <donald@duck.com> and Don Duck <donald@duck.com> count as two different addresses.
This is useful for mailing lists where all messages come from the same address.
A restart is required for changes to the option to take effect.
For Thunderbird 60.0 please visit the "All Versions" section to download a compatible version.
