I can confirm this is WORKING with Firefox 5.
Only thing is that you have to install the older version of Foobar. I'm using foobar v. 0.9.6.1 & it's working like a charm!

Excellent plugin!
To make it work with Foobar2000 1.0, follow the suggestion given by Staszek Szybki Jest!
