Leopard Mail-Default-Aqua
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
To make this work for newer versions of Thunderbird, thanks to JLJ_M's post on iLeopard review:
Force compatibility after updating to TB5 (This seems to be working fine for me):
If you update from TB3.X and already add "ileopard3.2.6" as an extension then:
Edit install.rdf to change the value of "maxVersion" to 99.0

For an existing installation of the theme, try to find and edit the existing version of install.rdf

Otherwise:
Download the theme and extract it into a folder with any tool that can handle jar files (such as 7zip or jar)
Then edit the extracted install.rdf, as described above.
Finally, create a new jar file containing everything you extracted along with the edited version of install.rdf.
Then install as usual: Tools > Add-Ons, click the little thing to the left of the search box (in the upper right corner of the window), and select "Install Add-On from file"

I have tested this on Thunderbird 5, 6, and 7.
