I just installed this add-ons a day before and its already become an integral part of my mailing experience. The in-page reply and reply to all features and animations are well thought.

But I do believe that the conversations need some more animations. Nothing fancy really. More like, when opening a thread from the conversation, or collapsing the thread. Expanding/Collapsing all. Given that this add-on internally used jQuery, the taks is relatively simple. But it would add tremendous value to already a great add-on.

The code is freely available on GitHub at https://github.com/protz/GMail-Conversation-View ; it's mostly HTML and Javascript for the UI, so I'd be more than happy to provide guidance and / or review patches that improve the conversations experience!
