Hello Jonathan (Developer),

You didn't understand what I said (I read the FAQs and everything before writing my review).

Please see this screenshot: http://img1.uploadscreenshot.com/images/orig/2/4600490828-orig.jpg

As you can see, I use the vertical split-pane view, so that I am able to view both the messages in my inbox and the email selected, at once. As you can see in the screenshot, there's the box for quick reply, but it doesn't work.

Now see this screenshot: http://img1.uploadscreenshot.com/images/orig/2/4600561385-orig.jpg

Now the screenshot shows that the email conversation is open in a new tab. In this case, clicking the quick reply area (the white box with "reply") opens it up, so that I can start typing and so forth.

Do you get my point now?

(PS: I dont see a reply button to reply to your reply directly.)

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.2.4).

Please send me an email, my email address is available on the addon's page. It will make the discussion easier :)

Thanks,

jonathan

Everything works great, thanks a bunch. Wondering why the "Quick Reply" feature only works when the conversation itself is open in a new tab, i.e. I use vertical-pane view in Thunderbird, so that I can see the conversation and inbox messages at a glance. But I am unable to quick reply from the vertical pane. The conversation has to be first opened in a new tab, only then, the Quick reply feature works.

Anyway, 5* for the wonderful add-on.

The quick reply is only enabled for the last message in the conversation. You need to scroll down and expand the last message (by clicking on the snippet) if needed.
