CerrarMailglade 0.1.4
por Kayhan
Usted recuerda una frase, no un asunto. Mailglade la encuentra dentro de los mensajes completos y del texto de sus adjuntos, erratas incluidas, sin una sola petición de red. Nada sale de su equipo.
Acerca de este complemento
To start, click the Mailglade button in Thunderbird's toolbar. Mailglade opens in a tab. Open Settings there, choose the folders to index and save. Indexing starts, and you can search as soon as the first messages are read.
Nothing leaves your computer. The add-on asks for no website permissions, and its own manifest blocks network connections, so it cannot contact a server. There is no account, no sign-in, no subscription and no telemetry.
Full text search over whole messages, not only the subject line. Bodies and headers go in, all of them, not the first few kilobytes. A phrase you remember from halfway down a message is a phrase you can search for.
It reads the text inside attachments. PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument, plain text, Markdown, CSV, JSON, XML, calendar invitations, contact cards and forwarded .eml files are opened and indexed, not just their file names.
Typos are forgiven. "replacment" finds "replacement", and a word you half remember matches the rest of it. A misspelling only resolves to words somebody in your mailbox really wrote, so you do not have to spell a name the way the sender did.
Several named indexes. Keep Work, Receipts and Family apart, each covering its own folders. Search one of them, or all of them at once. A message two indexes both hold appears once.
Filters that narrow a search. Folder, sender, subject, date and whether a message carries an attachment, joined by every condition or by any condition. Save a filter under a name to reuse it, or export it to a file.
It reads your mail and never changes it. Mailglade asks for no permission to change mail, so it cannot move, edit or delete a message by mistake. Taking a folder out of an index removes the indexed copy. Removing the indexed data leaves your mail untouched.
Results open the original message in Thunderbird. Indexing runs in the background, pauses and resumes when you ask, and a Diagnosis page shows what has been read, what was skipped and how much room the index takes.
Requires Thunderbird 140 or later. Encrypted messages are skipped rather than stored as decrypted text. This version does keyword search, and search by meaning is being built on the same index, designed to run on your computer too.
