Fix bugs:
- emails addresses were missing when using %%1, %%2, %%3 in customized headers
- all words were capitalized instead of only date elements when using a customized long date
- reply headers was not working for newsgroups
- stop using Thunderbird settings to avoid side effects with others extensions

news features:
- add an option to apply customized headers also emails forwarded
- add an option to remove first line when reply in plain text
- new format for date long: %LM name of month , %LD day of the week
