Gives Thunderbird a keyboard shortcut (H or command-H on OS X) to change how headers are displayed (full/minimal).

OS X users, please see http://soua.net/extensions/ for a special version of Headers Toggle for OS X which moves the functionality to Command-H. (Unfortunately, the search function "steals" the H key).
