How can I be sure that only indicated files in the Quickscan’s report are uploaded indeed?

What is the guarantee that the software does not upload any private ducuments (word, excel or similar documents) from my computer?

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.9.9.98.1-signed.1-signed).
