This extension is a must in Ubuntu, where Thunderbird is the default email client and calendar integration is otherwise somewhat faulty so far (Wily).

I'd only suggest that all instances of recurring events show up, not just the first one (this is at least what happens now to me). Or at least that we have an option to choose this behavior.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.4.2).

Thanks for the feedback. Could you create an issue on github page with details (steps to reproduce) as all events should be listed.
