Collector's Note Option RefControl options, At the bottom of the dialog click 'Edit' for 'Default for sites not listed' and select 'Block - Send no referrer'. Whitelist desired sites by clicking on toolbar button

CS Lite allows you to set the permission of the cookie every domain from toolbar.
Collector's Note Open CS Lite Options by right-clicking on the toolbar button, under Global tab select 'Deny cookies globally' as Global cookie behaviour. Whitelist desired websites permanently or temporarily when you visit them by clicking on the toolbar button.
