Thanks, that is a very nice tool. Repacked version marked compatible with Firefox 3.6.* and added Ukrainian and Russian locales is available at http://mozilla.org.ua/xpi/css_refresh.xpi

I have been looking for a way to make Seamonkey open new tab for doubleclick (Firefox behaviour I am used to), fortunately found this. Thank you!
So far the extension works fine, rating 4 only because author haven't bothered with marking it 2.0.* compatible, had to deal with it myself.
