I need to be able to toggle my work proxy on my laptop fairly often. This does exactly what it says. I will try the alt-x shortuct, because this is the only thing left on my status bar, if that works then I will have no status bar at all anymore.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.4.1-signed.1-signed).  This user has a previous review of this add-on.

I've been using this extension for years, it's one of many reasons firefox is superior to any browser for me. However, with firefox 4 out of beta, I was hoping there would be a button for the toolbar - this is the only thing left in my Addonbar, and on my desktop it's fine but on my netbook, I can't afford to waste pixels. I added Toolbar Buttons 1.0 that does provide a toggle button for turning on my proxy, but occasionally it fails at turning it back off, so I need to turn on the Addonbar, click Toggle Proxy, and turn off the Addonbaragain. Quicker than tools -> options -> advanced -> network, but just barely!

allows me to search for videos directly from my existing search box, no extra clutter, no extra steps. Exactly what I want.
