This extension does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, usage analytics, or telemetry.

2. EMAIL CONTENT
When you click the "Improve Writing" button, your current email draft is sent to the AI service provider you have selected (OpenAI, Groq, Google Gemini, or your self-hosted Ollama instance). No email content is transmitted at any other time. No background data transmission occurs.

3. API KEYS
Your API keys are stored locally on your device using the browser's built-in storage API (browser.storage.local). They are never shared with any party other than the AI provider you configured.

4. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES
This extension communicates with third-party AI APIs only as configured by you. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how your data is handled:

5. SELF-HOSTED OPTION
