Nice add-on. But don't You plan to add the ability to selectively download multiple files from the list? For example, just tick the necessary files and press "download selected".

Best video downloader I've found yet, tried numerous others. Offers multiple downloads of the same video, ranking them according to quality: low res, reg res, high res, & HD. In combo with ConvertXtoDVD DVD authoring tool, takes high res downloads and burns to DVD with near broadcast quality.

doesn't works in redtube or pornotube, but works well in youporn and youtube (as far as i have tested - didn't found the mentioned bugs)
looks really good (usability, looks, feature wise and integration) and promising and the feedback feature, if being used, is really cool as it might help developers improve the addon
worth noting is that the developers haven't released new versions since march, so it's a bit outdated/unmaintained, but not too much yet.
giving 4 out of 5 stars, citing only lack of supported sites. improve that and ill give 5 ;)

Fantastic Plugin. I keep several versions of Firefox on my system for browser testing so I ran this one on 3.0 and it worked perfectly, even on sites that were obscure like manufacturing company sites. Excellent plug-in!
I read that it didn't work on 3.6.2 (the version I currently use) so I didn't try it on that - hopefully it will be available soon.

This version does not work. The previous version would give a whole window full of links with different quality of videos on YouTube. This one gives nothing.

Yet again, a Firefox update has made this (and many other) addon not work. This is a great addon so hopefully you can easily fix whatever requirement the new version is asking for.....

Works great! Sure, not on every site. But many. I hope we get a update soon. It's been awhile and the next version of Firefox will not support this plug-in.

Here's my story about UnPlug 2.024. I use FF 3.0.16 with XP SP2. With this extension, I located a Flash video (link) that it was impossible to block with Adblock Plus 1.1.2 and Adblock Plus: Element Hiding Helper 1.0.6. After locating it with UnPlug 2.024, I enter the link manually into Adblock Plus 1.1.2, conclusion: the video is definitely blocked.Thanks very much h2g2bob.

USING FF 2.0.0.20 ON A OLD MAC G4 10.3.9 AND THIS IS A SWEET A$$ PLUG IN. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY. MUCH RESPECT GOES OUT TO THE DEVELOPERS.

I used Video DownloadHelper so far, but it got more and more bloated and looked more spam-like. So I was looking for an alternative and found UnPlug. This is just what I need. Sweet, tiny, powerful and GPL licensed (= more trustworthy). Thanks for this!

No longer works with Apple's trailer site. A bit shame.
I used to download all the trailers by Unplug.
Plz update. I'm pretty sure Apple has changed their code to hide the actual file instead of the decoy file!

what's going on ? this is one of the best addons on firefox especially if you don't want to use flash.
what happened to the "open in new window/open in new tab" dropdown menu.
for others, at the bottom of this page is "view older versions" choose the previous incarnation, it works perfik

I tried what RENNMAUS suggested and installed Unplug 2.003 but that doesn't work either. PLEEEEEEEEEASE someone fix the problem - it's the best add-on ever. Muchas gracias :-)
