I had the review this again now that I have it working properly, https://[domain]\[username]@[exchange-ews-fqdn]/EWS/Exchange.asmx works fine, took me a bit longer to find out the actual [domain] section as I have a hosted exchange but its working now :D

Works great except for it keeps asking for the password, I've tried everything mentioned but it still doesn't work. I'm using thunderbird 3.1.10 with version 0.15 and lightning 1.0b2. It syncs the calendar but it asks for the password every time it tries to sync.
