If you ever wanted to send out mail to a mail list from your address book, but leave out one or two of the reciepients - this is what you need!
Just enter the mail list's name, click on "PopMailListRecipients" and find all recipients separated in your compose window!
You may now wipe out or change To/CC/BCC to suit your needs...
