I would have given this 5 stars because the snippets mean everything to me, and it was such an important function in my day-to-day work. The snippets stopped, making this add-on just about useless to me. I read b0b b0b's review and took his advice, making Gmail HTML only. What a wonderful surprise to see my snippets working again.
