so, i had to install the fix and reactivate quicktext everytime i start thunderbird, now it works like this, thankx, i still wait for a final fix or an update, i hope sometime in the future something like that would be integrated into thunderbird. i use also a lot another plugin-> compose toolbar button, with colours in a raw, so you can easily pick the color. i think, these things are not so difficult to integrate into thunderbird, probably even better than it is now. i hope someone thinks about integration, that would be great.
