it worked on previous version
now i can't write in Hebrew at all...

all the account names and categories turned gibberish
instead of Hebrew
how to fix it?

Hm, was this working in a previous version? It could be that the latest version (which is a doing an account migration according to Mozilla's new strict policies) makes your accounts unreadable now. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if there's a way to recover this after it's been converted...very sorry for the inconvenience :-/
