0.9.1 does for me what 0.9 did for TB 1.5: adds a Restart Thunderbird link to the file menu. This is a useful tool because, although TB 2 added a Restart button on the add-ons update menu, it did not do so for other menus, such as add-ons uninstall, where restart is also required to implement the change.
