Simply does what it says.
One minor thing though... the "reformat special characters" option should be split to finer-grained options because one might want to convert only a few of the supported special characters.
Restartless Restart

...I've been using it since v1 back in 2010! 5* all the way!!!
It seems that some latest nightly 34.0a1 build must have broken something. The addon closes firefox instead of restarting it.
This in itself is not an issue, but I have set my session manager to save a session on each restart and now I keep loosing my browsing sessions each time I restart using RR.
PS: sorry for posting an issue here, but the "issues" page on github leads to a 404.
Contact Tabs

The main (if not the only) feature I use from this other addon is that it adds an "Other E-mails" tab to each contact allowing you to add up to another 5 email addresses to each contact besides the already 2 allowed by TB by default.
When opening a contact from the Contact Tabs interface, these additional email addresses are not shown neither are they available through the edit mode. So in order to add more than 2 addresses to my contacts, I have to keep going back to the old Tools -> Address Book menu and use the crappy UI that TB has by default (the reason I'm using Contact Tabs in the first place).
Would love it if you supported this life-saving addon that actually solves a problem that people seem to be having with TB for more than a decade now:

Session Manager

...after the last update of the nightly and the upgrade to the Australis interface I either do not see the icons in the customize toolbar tab at all or when I finally do (after lots of restarts), then either their place is not remembered or I only get the session save button (the one with the blue disk) and not the tab restore one (with the red cross).
Still 5 stars from me though because of all the hard work but into it and for being a life-saver all these past years. I believe that these issues will be resolved soon.
PS: I see the above issue on a fresh profile with a bare minimum of addons: TMP, Nightly Tester Tools and the newly created Classic Theme Restorer.

...if only it provided configurable keyboard shortcuts as others have previously requested and/or buttons that can be placed on the toolbar.

Only a minor issue: the toolbar icon is a few pixels larger than the default and thus causes the rest of the toolbar buttons to grow in size to match it. This wastes a few pixels off of the vertical screen space.

Στη αρχή είχα βρει την έκδοση για firefox και μετά ο developer (ύστερα από δική που σχετική ερώτηση) με πληροφόρησε για την ύπαρξη αυτής της έκδοσης για thunderbird. Τη δοκίμασα, αλλά δε λειτουργεί σωστά στην έκδοση που χρησιμοποιώ (9.0a1)...
Μετά από κάθε εκκίνηση του mail client, μου πετά διαδοχικά τα δυο παρακάτω μηνύματα:
checkUserDBFile(): TypeError: Components.classes['@mozilla.org/extensions/manager;1'] is undefined
eLoad(): [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80070057 (NS_ERROR_ILLEGAL_VALUE) [nsIXULTemplateBuilder.rebuild]" nsresult: "0x80070057 (NS_ERROR_ILLEGAL_VALUE)" location: "JS frame :: chrome://eortologio/content/eortologio.js :: <TOP_LEVEL> :: line 265" data: no]
Το εικονίδιο εμφανίζεται στην status bar, αλλά δεν περιέχει κείμενο και δεν εμφανίζει pop-up.
Το εικονίδιο δεν είναι το ίδιο με την 2.x έκδοση του εορτολογίου για firefox.
Το παράθυρο ρυθμίσεων εμφανίζεται σωστά και οι επιλογές που κάνω αποθηκεύονται, αλλά στο κάτω μέρος προειδοποιεί για λάθος εφαρμογή: “you need to restart Firefox...” αντί “you need to restart Thunderbird...”
Συνήθως όσα από τα υπόλοιπα addons που χρησιμοποιώ λειτουργούν και στα δυο προϊόντα (firefox & thunderbird), δεν έχουν ξεχωριστές εκδόσεις – απλά είναι συμβατά και με τις δυο εφαρμογές. Έτσι αποφεύγεται και code duplication. Υπάρχει λόγος που δεν γίνεται και εδώ το ίδιο?
Τέλος, βλέπω ότι αυτό εδώ το addon είναι στην έκδοση 1.x ενώ το άλλο για firefox στην 2.x. Μήπως υπάρχει άλλη έκδοση?

Not needed anymore in latest tb releases. Both features of showing attachment sizes in message pane and compose window are natively supported now!!!

Those of you on 8.0a1 builds: you need to try the latest version 0.7.6pre instead of stable 0.7.5 (visit the "View all versions" link at the end of this page).
I love this addon!!! Here's an idea: If one hovers over the closed tabs' favicons in the "Reopen most recently closed windows tabs" drop-down menu, the favicon could turn into a delete icon to allow selective deletion of closed tabs from recent history. What do you think?

This is the most useful addon I keep installed. It's been working excellently for years now until the latest 3.3a4 builds. Now the custom actions it's meant to add are missing from the available filters and thus are not executed anymore. Please fix it.
