I like the look very much, but the icon for "Junk" and "No Junk" are the same. Does not work for me.

The best theme I ever found for Thunderbird. The spacing adjustment and font choice are great!

Go where your application data are stored, they usually can be found in:
- Windows: C:\Users\[your windows user]\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\[(literally) random letters and numbers].default/
- Linux: /home/[your linux user]/.thunderbird/[(literally) random letters and numbers].default/
- MacOS: /home/[your macos user]/Library/Thunderbird/Profiles/[(literally) random letters and numbers].default/

Go to the "extensions" folder, here there should be a file named "MonterailDark@conema.me.xpi", open it with a zip tool. Go to chrome\MonterailOverlay\css\ and open root.css, in the 21th row you should find "--tree-background-color-selected: #F07746;", change " #F07746" with the color that you want.

Stopped working after update. Monterail 1.2.5, TB 60.7.0.
TB shows last update of Monterail theme on May 29th.
EDIT: Now works as always. :-)

Which update?
For me it's working in 60.7.0 (last stable release)

It looks really nice. However, can the height of the emails in the list be adjusted so that more emails/rows can be seen within the space? That's the only thing that gets me going back to the default theme (so I don't have to scroll as much, as I get a LOT of emails I have to breeze through). With this theme, the height/spacing is a bit much. It looks clean, but with my traffic, it works against me.

Pretty great, but the font is a little off. The theme doesn't exactly match the pitcures. I think it might have something to do with the platform I'm on. Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS and Thunderbird 60.6.1

Looks pretty neat and way batter than the manual installation version.
I just think that the contrast in the address area in the compose window could be a little higher. Otherwise it's perfect.

The Monterail Dark and Full Dark themes look great. It's great that now there is an easy way to install the Monterail themes and that they work better with the Write pop-up window than css themes that were previously available.

These themes are essential to make Thunderbird look like an e-mail client for 2018 (also adopting a vertical view helps with that)

The developer is very responsive, polite and fast in addressing issues. He quickly resolved conflicts that did not allow to have multiple Monterail themes installed!

With 1.2 he also polished the tab bar with maximized windows AND made the Calendar and Tasks sidebar adopt the dark color of the theme. And they look gorgeous!!

So just the sidebar is dark and everything else is white...am I missing something?

Is the theme like the screenshot?
- If no, Did you read the FAQ with the solution for Installation fail/Theme didn't change?
- If yes, maybe you're searching a darker theme and you should try the full-dark version -> https://addons.thunderbird.net/it/thunderbird/addon/monterail-fulldark/

This theme makes the seemingly outdated Thunderbird look good again amongst all the other beautiful e-mail software out there.

I originally found the theme via OMG!Ubuntu article, which linked to the upstream of this add-on (in GitHub). However, it seems that this fork is much more up to date. In fact, running on OS X I had an issue, posted about it on GitHub, and the developer had it fixed within an hour. So, very responsive developer, beautiful theme, what more could you ask for?
