The idea of this new add-on is great! I think many people need to filter the content of any Thunderbird folder (not just Inbox). So, five stars :-)
A question though, can I select only some of the folders in my folder tree, when I create a new rule? And if I can, how can I?

Yes, you can select only specific folders. You can either click and drag with the left mouse button to select multiple folders, or hold **Alt** on Windows / **Command (⌘)** on macOS while clicking the folders you want to include.
