Flags S/MIME-encrypted and signed-only messages in the “Tags” column.
Messages are flagged automatically when they are new. If you want to retroactively flag existing messages, select the messages and click the “Check S/MIME Messages” button.
Since there is currently no official way for add-ons to create their own columns, the “Tags” column is used here.
To remove the entries added by the add-on, go to the Thunderbird menu:
Message -> Tags -> Remove All Tags
Tested on Windows 11 25H2
