学習前に判定を先にして指示した判定結果にならない時のみ学習することで、まとめてメールを学習したときに精度が落ちないようにした

長い期間使い続けることで起動が遅くなっていく問題を修正しました

Linuxで使用した際にThunderbirdのショートカットとバッティングしていたのでデフォルトを修正。
