Thank you for this! It removes a small annoyance from my day.

Hiding the password from myself (I work alone, no one around when I access my computer) has always struck me as absurd. Maybe if I was one of those "multiple personality" types -- !

I don't like the concept either.

There's no substitute for learning how to decide for ourselves what's good and what's bad.

The kids will find a way around this kind of stuff; then they'll realize you didn't trust them. Then you can complain about how they don't want to talk to you.

And on and on it goes.
