this addon works exactly as desired and brings back the folder view switching buttons to thunderbird 8.

thank you very much, mozilla, for omitting this feature in thunderbird v8. please make it an option, so we can spare another addon. better today than tomorrow.

I've immediatly seen that this has dissapeared in the new TB version and i looked for it for a moment before finding someone linking to your add-on. Thank you for bringing back this switcher to us :0)

Was just updated to Thunderbird 8.0 and took little time to see that something was missing.
Thanks many times over for this extension.
PS: Seems it would have been a config option that we could have switched on for ourselves ;)

I just installed Thunderbird 8beta. And this was the first thing I noticed. Thanks for bringing me my arrows back!!! :))
