Theme is even more lightweight now, compatible with Thunderbird 7 (Add-ons Manager).
fixed a bug in lightning, while less modified from the original now, adding events enters the proper date right away.
Good to use with Gnome or Shiki Colours. Light themes are better supported due to lightning, but dark theme work well without lightning.
Let me know which icon themes cause problems.

I wasn't happy with the "starred" icon to mark important mail. It now uses a bright red exclamation mark, which is gnome compatible.
Let me know if this is too crass for you, I might revert it to (subtler) stars to to the orange triangle which it was before.
Also, compatible with Thunderbird 5 now.

On popular demand:
* There is now a difference between unread and new messages. I tried to be as true to Evolution as possible (which doesn't make that distinction), but there's no harm in improving things a little.
* The not-junk Indicator in the message pane now has proper transparency, but the red cross shows better now. (i really don't like that button. I might change it into a green arrow or something. Let me know what you think!)
* The header toolbar, which also holds icons, has been fixed to show the reply-all as well as the junk button properly.
