I am new to Thunderbird, so 60,0 is my 1st version, and I don't know where the add-on information is stored. How did you do the revert action? Did you just install 56 over 60, make the changes and then reinstall 60, or did you install 56 in a different directory, move the 60 profile there, make the changes on that 60 profile, and then move the updated profile back to 60?

I use the profile moving when I install a new version of Firefox or Pale Moon browser, and want the new version to have the same features as the old one.
