Much better than 1password,
there is one thing though with the username and password being always there it would be easy for some stranger to go to your browser and access sensitive info with the login info always at the ready.

even though it is just one click, you need the master password to get the the password manager window for the first time, so QuickPassword does not change the security that is already built into Firefox
