Quelque soit le choix opéré avec smtpselect, cet addon ne change rien au niveau du paramètre SMTP attachés à ce compte, et seul les choix opérés avec Outils / Paramètres des comptes / Serveur sortant sont retenus ...

seems to work without issues on TB36

It's simple and priceless for whom uses Thunderbird from different places.
I want to make a donation to the author, how can I do this?

A perfect addon for who need to switch from one smtp to another daily (office, usb-key, home). Bravo!

There's a bug with this add on, when there is multiple identities stuck on an account. This add-on only works with 'primary' identity of the account....not the other.

Great idea, but I'd also like to suggest having an auto mode. This could ping the listed SMTP servers periodically/at application start to identify which one is currently available, and select it automatically.
Thanks,
Richard.

I liked this utility but I do have a suggestion for an imporvement.
I use Thunderbirdl Portable, so I'm carrying my mail on my USB stick. When I get to the computer, I switch SMTP with this utility. I know that computer A is on network X, computer B on the network Y etc. It would be great if utility itself would make this choice - a simple IF statement: if FILE c:\A exist, use SMTP x, etc.

Default Thunderbird options doesn't go well with Gmail functionality to support more than one SMTP server. This addon fixes it. Thanks!

this is a great addon.
I have a request enhancement.
Would it be possible to AUTO select the SMTP server to send to based on the SMTP server linked to the ORIGINAL "To" field in the email being replied to??
If there is one?

Absolutely essential add-on if you move around a lot. A toolbar button showing all your outgoing servers. Its a very simple but a real time saver.

Thank you a million times for the update for Thunderbird 3. This is a fantastic add-on that I use every day. It might be simply, but it works and saves me so much time.

I guess the existing smtpselect is not compatible with TB3.0. I miss having the smtpselect now that I've updated to TB 3.0 and look forward to having it again when it's ready. Thanks for creating SmtpSelect!

My current version of this add on shows 1.0.12 and indicates "Not compatible with Thunderbird 3.0". The version for download that is compatible with 3.x is 1.0.12? Should the version be different or do I just need to re-install?
