I have also problems with version Version
4.0.1. Although i have choiced "Use top-level inbox when Unified Folders view is activated." and "the latest unread message.**" these function doesn't work. The latest unread message will not be focused.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.0.1).

Do the problems persist in Thunderbird 115.4.3?

Update 04.12.2023:
Do the problem still exist if you use version 4.2.3 of the Add-on?
