Fixes display issues for sites with larger than normal favicons

Spoofs the Firefox UA to make WebApps behave the same as they would there (this is a big difference to Google sites)

Makes javascript: protocol links work

Allows JS event handlers on link elements to work properly

Fixes some cases where pages could open a new tab in Thunderbird

Fixes most of the problems with nightly builds (still a couple remain)
