Awesome add-on ... and it turns out the "View => Layout => Folder Pane Columns" option/setting was greyed out as I neglected to remove Extra Folder Columns extension. All works well again. :-)

I'm very glad to see this feature is built in again (per other reviews) as View => Layout => Folder Pane Columns. the ony problem I have now, is that it is all "greyed out". Is this possibly a problem with how it's installed? (No admin access on the computer having this issue.)

Love this Add-on. But disabled (not listed as compatible with Thunderbird 38.2.0 by Mozilla). Is there going to be an update to this add-on? (I sure hope so, as I'm unable to roll back to an earlier version of Thunderbird.)
